This website endeavours to conform to level Single/Double/Triple-A of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 1.0. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines will help make the web more user friendly for all people.		All content images used in this site include descriptive ALT attributes. Purely decorative graphics include null ALT attributes. Complex images include LONGDESC attributes or inline descriptions to explain the significance of each image to non-visual readers.

W3C Standards		Visual design
This site has been built using code compliant with W3C standards for XHTML and CSS. All pages on this site validate as XHTML 1.1 Strict. For example, check the home page for XHTML validity. The site displays correctly in current browsers and using standards compliant XHTML/CSS code means any future browsers will also display it correctly.		This site uses cascading style sheets for visual layout. This site uses only relative font sizes, compatible with the user-specified "text size" option in visual browsers. If your browser or browsing device does not support stylesheets at all, the content of each page is still readable.

Links
Many links have title attributes which describe the link in greater detail, unless the text of the link already fully describes the target (such as the headline of an article). Links are written to make sense out of context.
