The Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF), established by law in 2016, is the state agency with a mission to facilitate an enabling environment for job and wealth creation, headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria.

Since inception, our interventions have supported 40,000 micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), created 200,000 direct and indirect jobs, and provided access to 12,000 skill development interventions/initiatives to the youth and women in rural and peri-urban locations.

With a network of both local and international partners, we aim to reduce unemployment and equip all demographic (especially youth and women entrepreneurs) with access to the tools, resources, and affordable financing they need to develop individually and scale their businesses, through dedicated learning and development avenues, capacity building, mentorship, digital/financial inclusion and access to markets.
