Leadership Series for CEOs

Overview

Crucial to YBI is providing members with opportunities for development and access to support, so that their organisations and teams can have even more impact. A current challenge for many members as they navigate the workplace in a hybrid model is leadership. From motivating teams, to managing resources, doing more with less and staying confident and assured in the process, you’re looking for guidance on how to best navigate this time.

In response to this need, YBI have partnered with OverTime Leader, a progressive leadership development agency, who specialise in helping leaders to navigate uncertainty. Founder Gillian Davis is hosting a series of engaging remote workshops that will be designed and tailored to the topics leaders need most. These sessions will help leaders identify and home in on leadership styles and provide tools that will help to develop the skills and communication styles to be an effective leader in the current workplace. 

Who is the training for?

This series brings together the leaders of YBI member organisations. It is specifically designed for CEOs or equivalent leadership postholders.

What will you gain from the sessions?

The sessions aim to enable leaders to feel supported in their own development. Through participating in the Leadership Series you will be able to network with peers and share challenges and opportunities. This program aims to provide a toolkit for what it takes to be a leader in the current workplace environment with a focus on:

• How to motivate a team
• How to retain a team
• How to manage delivery with limited resources
