Argidius aims to help entrepreneurs to build profitable businesses and contribute to the sustainable development of their communities. They do so by improving the effectiveness and reach of small and medium enterprise capacity development services.
The three-year High Flyers Youth Entrepreneurship Programme, supported by the Argidius Foundation and the Government of Uganda, and delivered by our members, aims to help underserved young people across Sub-Saharan Africa to scale sustainable businesses, creating jobs and strenghtening local communities.
The programme aims to train 1,700 young people to establish and grow their own businesses, create 2,360 additional jobs, and generate evidence about best practices in supporting entrepreneurs scale their businesses in Sub-Saharan Africa.
